HGH
(Human Growth Hormone)
which is naturally produced
by the pituitary gland
of our brain is clinically
proven in the Rudman Study
as being the most important
hormone that controls
our aging process. When
HGH
is not produced or is
inadequate..... your liver,
heart and kidneys will
start to give problems.
Any person after the age
of 30 will have gradually
declining levels of HGH.
This could explain the
reason why most elderly
men and women would naturally
have some form of cardiovascular
diseases (heart problem),
high cholesterol (poor
liver function) or kidney
ailment.
Unfortunately, production
of this hormone declines
about 10-14% every 10
years so that by the time
we are 65 years old, we
might not be producing
any HGH at all.
|
That
could be the reason why
older individuals above
40 start to feel these debilitating
aging symptoms:
Poor
concentration
Feeling
depressed and anxious for
no valid
reason
Becoming
forgetful and emotional
Low
energy levels
Poor
resistance to disease
Decreased
interest in sexual activities
Hypertension,
high blood & cholesterol
Very
thin and dry skin
Poor
blood circulation
Prior
to age 20, the pituitary
naturally releases adequate
amounts of HGH
every night in pulsatile
bursts (about 1 mg of HGH
per day). After age 21 HGH
is plentiful within the
pituitary, but release of
HGH into the bloodstream
has begun to diminish. by
age 40, HGH
production drops to less
than 1/2 mg per day. Production
of HGH
dramatically decreases as
we age until it is virtually
non-existent by age 80. |
